简介

个人简介:

2012年本科毕业于湘潭大学物理学院,2017年博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所(导师为李京波研究员),2017年加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院任副教授,岳麓学者,博士生导师。目前发表论文近三十篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Advanced Electronic Materials、Nano Research等国际一流期刊发表十余篇论文。

教育经历:

2008-2012:湘潭大学物理学院获得学士学位。 2012-2017:博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所获得博士学位。 2017年加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院任助理教授。 2017年加入湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院任副教授。

科研项目:

主持一项国家自然科学基金青年项目

研究领域:

(1) 二维材料的气相合成。如用化学气相沉积法或物理气相沉积法制备高质量二维材料。 (2) 二维材料的器件制备及光电磁性能研究。如用光刻,电子束曝光等制备二维场效应晶体管。 (3) 纳米材料的液相合成。如用水热法制备纳米片,纳米线等,研究其光学,电学,热学性能。
